Kuro, please stop "heavily referencing" or "tracing" previously done viscet artwork.
In this case - these are free lines and if you had wanted to add those items too/eyeball trace it (into traditional media because you cannot use the oekaki for some reason) then it wouldn't be an issue.
IF you would give credit where it is due. The original image you traced from is made by Soul.


As for the image you traced/heavily referenced from my Jase picture, do not think it went unseen by me.
I am still quite unhappy over the matter.
This is a warning, please do not do it again.

(As a note I am doing this publicly, because although it was called out on my artwork there was no reprimanding or public anythings said to the individual to my knowledge and this happened again, so this is a public warning. If this continues to happen several more time then I will report it to the CS staff which takes art theft quite seriously.)

Just adding this from the CS art rules.

Copying/Tracing/Modifying/Claiming ownership of other peoples art/lineart:

-If you copy, trace, or edit someone else's art (without their permission) this is considered a form of art theft.
-Don't pretend to have made art which was actually made by another artist.
-Don't trace or freehand copy another person's art, unless you have their permission.
-Don't modify or edit another person's art unless you have their permission.

In the rules, Tess states that art theft can result in warnings or a ban.

However, I'm going to have to lock this. We do allow memorial characters, but an adoptable competition should not be made out of a tragedy.

That's unfortunate spoop, I'm sorry to hear that.
but there was some good points expressed.

I wonder if the viscet is voided if that means you still have that extra spot to make another viscet with?

On that note lets all agree to never do something like that ever. Ever again please.
