FurDollars are mainly purchased with RL money, yes, but it is possible to trade for them with other players.

There are two different currencies; FC and FD. FC, fur cash, is earned by selling items. If you're an explorer, you can sell all of the stuff you find either in the 'sellback' option or in your user shop, called a stall. FD, fur dollars, is bought with real money. The rate is 1$:100 FD. (-:

I've noticed when you search for something on the stalls, the first time it won't show up. You need to search things twice for real results to show.

Speaking of villagers, I managed to get my fourth! :-D I went with a croc this time, hoping to eventually get a paintie of him to match his namesake, Nergal!

Thanks! I looked there earlier I was just curious if anybody here had some for a cheaper price. I also noticed the weird search thing and clicking search twice to actually get a list of stalls selling that item.

I figured out how some parts of the site works, I am just trying to figure out item worths now.
I changed my career back to explorer and managed to gather quite a few items that I have no idea what to do with.
