@Cloudsong, I was kind of hoping someone would play Marlene, because as much as Lily loves the marauders, she certainly needs a girl friend to talk to when they're being arrogant toerags C:

Fab, it seems AS is favoured as the platform for the roleplay, so i'll make a thread there and post the link here when I'm done, if that's alright with everyone?
Two things though, firstly, is everyone's username the same on AS as it is on here? If not, can you let me know what it is on AS so that I don't get confused when people post forms/ask for slots etc.

instead of money

if this were to be a roleply i'll need help developing an interesting plot
because i suck at plots, and it's hard to come up with a plot that'll stay and not end at some point.

Wait, wait, wait.... I thought the marauders plot would be at least a little bit cannon - either during hogwarts or after... Is it really going to be in a completely alternate universe?

But the science! The science doesn't work it just... *foams at the mouth* Nicely symbolic, but maybe get some other resource from blood? Or use something other than blood, like, uh, fat cells which are used for stem cell treatments, or something? There's almost no iron in blood. It's less than even negligible compared to how much iron there is in even a tiny bit of the earth's mantle. I think that way of getting iron may be literally the most inefficient method of extracting iron ever.

I'm sorry, but unless they're getting something other than iron or the blood tax is magical in basis, it just doesn't work. Or is this just fantasy and not sci-fi? Um. You probably didn't want me to critique this. Uh.

*slinks back into the shadows, muttering about science*
