I used to have rats named Urma and Luna thats wierd

anyway what do you guys use for rat beds, we used to give them boxes with rags and stuff in them until we found out how much they freakin love hammocks.

I use both hammocks and boxes/igloos

I just got an igloo and I always have boxes in there but they only hide food in there and sleep in the hammock. But sometimes one of my rats likes to just sleep in the corner it doesn't seem like he is forced to be there or anything like that he just likes it.

Have any of you seen the site called the Dapper rat?the sight looks a bit unprofessional but they are really good rat owners they have a lot of toy ideas and other stuff about rats thats fun to read about. I wanted to make some activities for my rats to do and they had a lot of good stuff

Today was weird

In social studies we started talking about ancient Rome and that crap, when my teacher mentioned the plague. Everyone jolted back and was all like "eww rats, that's gross!!" I sat down full of anger, and it really hit me to the point I was furious when someone said "Who would have rats for pets anyways, that's gross!" The bell rang and I pushed my way through the hall way getting my binder, when the group of "popular" girls in my class walked by, and hold and behold my locker is full of pictures of my little angels. They saw the pictures and their opinion changed instantly when they saw me cuddling baby Moonie, all curled up and asleep in my palms. "Awwwwwwwww...." Ancient rats and present day rats are different. people don't know pet rats don't carry diseases!
