They are called Rune Cats, and they are basically like normal cats in appearance, except their tail, which is a skeleton tail and it sometimes has a colorful glow surrounding it (their rune and magic also glows.)

And for the markings, they have to be basically realistic, like leopard spots or calico is fine, but not some rainbow stuff. There can be some unrealistic markings, like a tribal tattoo, but that should be it. Gradients and unnatural shaped splotches are fine too.
For accessories, it has to be natural. Finally, just choose one color (again, it can be a gradient, but i would need to practice my gradients.) to be the rune color. It can be gold or silver, but it will look yellow/grey because of my scanner. No rainbows, but it can be sparkly
