Luna has a great announcement. Ever sense i won my second Mako Eldhri I have always had her have an affinity with fire. She is based on the song Fire Lands and she adores mythos and magic and is obsessed with fire so much she puts candles on her horns. Well I would like to announce that with the permission of Cole and Juliet she has finally achieved her life long dream! Eldhri has achieved the power pf pyrokenisis!

Soon I will have to get her some art using her power! But it makes me so happy knowing she can finally light her candles and sticks with just her thoughts lol. WOOP say hello to lots of fire!

I feel as I am no longer caring for my makos, and with a very prestigious college in the way, where I have to get very good grades or lose my scholarships, I'm clearing out most of my characters, including my makos. All but Stolz are for trade for USD, points, or Kias. Art will also be considered.

I lost a contest for a very cool mako, but I bought a couple new babes yesterday so I'm not totally devastated. I recolored the art I did for the contest, so now I have my first piece of Zentrik on those lines!



i've decided that he really loves reading and gets super excited about literature. and classic poets and authors are like what he worships, especially the romantic movement, and especially Samuel Taylor Coleridge. He's really excitable and easily overwhelmed by emotion

He's going to be my babe Gamble's best friend, but I'm still working out Zentrik's backstory and how they met and stuff c:

not to collect, i have a dreamy list of makos if your interested.

the reason i'm looking for so many was beacuase of the fact i've really liked the characters for most of them - and i've always wanted to own them. and i'm always feeling like their lonley and need friends.

Do all your makoatl know each other? Or do you own some makoatl who have never met? if they know each other, how did they meet? Do your makos all have separate stories, or do their stories intertwine to form to form one?
Mooooostt of them know each other, but some don't, I think that avery is that outerlier who doesnt really know my other makos at all.

not all of my makos know eachother. cian and sultan met in college and have had a rivalry ever since, mainly sultan sided. the rest of them? not to sure. i haven't really though about it yet. i'm certain neither Sultan or Rudy have met, because a fight would have broken down between them two. Sultan being a mercenary and Rudy being a hunter.

So, I have to announce my two new makos! Though I have to fix up one ref for now before I want to post him, so I'll do that later tonight quq

He's based off of Capricorn and he has so many edits I can't even name them all at once XD I think almost all of them can be passed down? I only saw that the hooves can't be passed down, and the extra fins and mermaid tail are very slim in being passed down. So I guess that means his extra fluff n such can ouo He's so neat oh my god I can't wait to make art for him tbh. I'm making him a new ref tonight as well o3o Wish me luck!

Announcement regarding Trading

- You CANNOT trade makoatls you have owned for less than a month -
**This ensures that people are not using makoatls as just trade fodder and not trying to connect at all**
**If we suspect you're going against this or bypassing it you WILL receive at least strike**

It appears that some people have been getting makoatls from competitions and breedings
And turning around and trading them right away. This is unfair to other members competing in competitions as well as to the other parents of the breeding. This is also disrespectful to the artists.

If we catch you doing this there will be consequences.
Please do not try out or take makoatls you have no intent on keeping.
Not having a connection is one thing, but if you apply or take a newborn it's expected you try to connect

Going to leave the community. Not active enough. I might even readopt or gift my mako's out. Dunno anymore. Dunno if anybody would care. I might even keep my three and just leave the mako community. Sorry guys, but I lost a lot, and I got a job, which is just straining on me. Not meaning to guilt trip any buddy......and congrats to all the couples and new mako's guys.....
