Should i pre order wither ultra sun/moon or should i buy an nfc scanner?

I'd pre-order, since that's the only way you can get Dusk Form Lycanroc, at least according to Bulbapedia, when you pre-order you get a code for a special Rockruff that only evolves into Dusk Form between 5 PM and 5:59 PM

Actually you can get the Rockruff up till January 10th. That is what was stated during the last Nintendo Direct or you can see it in this video which is just the Pokemon segment of the direct. So there really is no need to preorder it unless you truly want to. My suggestion is to wait and see if they reveal a little bit more about the game before preordering it tbh

Personally if you're gonna use the nfc reader, I'd get that right now. You still have plenty of time to get money for ultra sun and moon. We're still 2 months out from release so you should be good. Then again this is coming from the one who preordered Odyssey over 3 months in advance lol

@Geo: Good lord yes! I hate it when that happens, especially in Animal Crossing. New Leaf actually took out Resetti, but you can get him back if you do the PWP for the Reset Center. Don't know why'd you want him unless you just like messing with him.


I got a Switch on Thursday, I've only got one game, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 for Nintendo Switch, and even though I've only had the game for a short time, I'm already pretty good at it. It took me a while to get the controls right, and I occasionally have trouble dodging in battle, especially against the instructors. It took me three or four tries to beat Krillin in order to learn the Destructo Disk attack

Saw this question asked elsewhere, and thought it may be interesting to ask here...

What game that has been on a previous Nintendo console would you like to see get an updated rerelease on Switch?

Personally, I'd like to see Theatrhythm - whether a new one, or a "complete" Final Fantasy one, containing all the songs/characters from the two 3DS games, including all the DLC stuff and even new tracks/characters from various games (including 15, which I don't think has had any/much representation). My Switch is quickly becoming my new Rhythm Game machine, so being able to move one that I've enjoyed on 3DS up would be real nice~
