How comfortable would you be if a rp partner asked you to critique/comment on their writing style? Would you do what they asked, or tell them you'd rather not?
Having been through school and suffering many harsh critiques on my artwork, as well as giving plenty of them, I can safely say I would critique just about anything. I can always find good things to say on anything, as well as points that can be worked on, in both writing and art. It's a good mental exercise for everyone involved, and the best way to improve. If you stick to technical points and such, there will be very little for them to be honestly offended by, especially if you use gentle language and remember to praise before criticizing.

No worries, brah. I like to critique, and if I'm roleplaying with them they're good enough that I don't think I'd hurt their feelings being honest, and I'd have seen enough of what they write to have a decent opinion on it. And for the most part I don't think my roleplaying friends would ask me to critique if they weren't tough enough to take it, yeah? And I love critique from others (I'm always asking if I seem in character or if a particularly weird bit of style worked or not) because how can you get better if you don't know where you're going wrong and where you're going right?

INSANELY BUSY!
I am moving! For the next month or so, I am going to be so very busy.
If I'm on here, it's because I'm unwinding with writing or pets or whatever.
Please do not add to my stress, if you can. Your support is appreciated.

okay so don't kill me for being Jewish but I want a Jewish Matchmaker roleplay.
in old times matchmakers would decide the best pairings within Jewish families.
more often than not couples would not like each other but have to grow to tolerate it.
divorce could only happen if one broke Jewish law or died.

      I want two things:
      - a group set in 1920s New York with a 'one religion' Alternate Universe where many different ethnic groups under this One Religion got paired against their will. Action, drama, romance, subplots, eloping.
      - a one x one with somebody featuring homosexual characters married to each other's crushes when they'd father be fxf and mxm. 1900s Russia or Germany would be cool. Can be Jewish or not.

on an unrelated note I need a sins and virtues roleplay. lD
I don't check messages here. If you've found me through other websites or communities such as deviantART/Kiamaras, my characters are not for sale and never will be.

Clooooudykins! Actually in the same boat. I have so much random muse right now. If you'd forgive me for our last 1x1 I'd gladly take you up on that offer.

you promised a post -poke- come hit me in the feels zmija XD

I'm interested in this one, seems right up my alley. What kind of response time would you be looking for?

Not that I should be taking on more RPs...

I need a cat rp that ISN'T warriors or strays.

I had an idea for a small group rp of cats that live together in a barn were there is only a slight hierarchy of the oldest cat being the leader, everyone else is a cat that hunts and fights, there is also one cat that heals and fights so let's say its similar to a medicine cat yet they don't talk to their ancestors yet they can have a mate and kits and don't have a higher rank then the cats that hunt and fight. Kits begin training at 5 moons because the barn and farm is safer then the forest and the trainees can only enter the wilderness outside the barn after two moons of training. Obviously queens and kits are the same as in the warrior books and the eldest cats help the leader in desicion making. They have no true beliefs in the afterlife as they focus on life unlike tribes and clans who worship the dead. They don't have borders either as they hunt where necessary and usually go further in winter. It would be nice to experiment with cat ways of life rather then just seeing the same old clan, tribe or stray rp.

    Intrest?, feedback?

    me me me
i always love your plots <3

okay thank you for saying that <3

Also the question? Nope, I don't critique anything that isn't coding. So yeah...

Id be interested!

Just your neighborhood lurker popping in with a plot that I'd really like to do aaaa

Basically, it would be something like this:
Society is in shambles with a new epidemic that, well, causes people to "go to sleep". They are normally in long, coma-like slumbers for months, and eventually their bodies just shut down and finally die. Most are executed beforehand to keep the disease from spreading. However, there is one sort of treatment, only available to those incredibly wealthy. There are several people throughout the world who can enter the dreams of those asleep, and try to convince them to wake up. This isn't an easy task, as the one asleep has absolute control over their dreamworld, like a sort of god. Whatever they want appears in their world, and this includes ways to kill those who have come to wake them. While the wakers can enter and exit the dreamscapes whenever, if the waker is killed by the sleeping, they cannot ever enter again, and the sleeping person is as good as dead.
In short, the RP would focus around several awake and several asleep, and the whole thing would be a twisted game of sorts. Those RPing the asleep get to create the dreamworld, those RPing the awake have to try to convince them to "wake up", a concept that they don't understand in the dreamland. For all they know, the dream is real life. :'D

Would there be any interest in this? :o

*gloms onto it and refuses to leave*

I would definitely be interested in this. I have a medical character who'd be perfect as the tech backup for this.
