What you guys should know is that Brotherhood is more lighhearted, but has high ratings (on FUNimation's website, FMA03 is TV-PG, FMAB is TV-14, IDK much about non-European non-video game age rating systems), most likely because basically everyone apart from about two characters bleeds at some point in Brotherhood.

Honestly, the anime is mediocre, but the manga is really, really good. I'm a big fan of the series, and I'm pretty picky. The anime only covers the first fraction of the manga, and if you only watch the anime you'll only have a vague idea of how deep and terrible the world they live in is. It's not a bad anime to watch - it's full of action and the animation is lovely (seeing the titans animated is a thousand times creepier than in the manga) - but it's the story and characters that make it really good and you only get the full picture from reading the manga.

((by the way don't watch it dubbed if you do watch it, the dubbing is HORRID. The characters are all like 16 but the voice actors sound like adult men and women. It's so awkward and weird))

its full of action and suspense, an I suggest that you shouldn't get attached to too many characters. fair warning.

Hmm, with those three responses (Thank you, by the way~! ^o^) I'll probably watch a couple of episodes to see if I like it after I finish my other anime that I have to finish, I might also read the manga if I get enough time...
