So, I have a question and/or looking for some advice on a spell and/or quick phrase.

Long story short, my temper rises very quickly that sometimes I can't catch myself. I meditate about these times, thinking about what I will say in the moment, but my anger still seems to slip through. Can anyone think of a phrase I can say as a sort of spell or something so I remember not to be mad? Or anything I can do (maybe something that isn't a spell, but still is a spiritual activity) earlier in the day? Thank you guys for any and all suggestions. n.n

The easiest thing for you to do may be to get a stone to wear or carry with you. I have many stones that I wear/carry depending on how I feel that day. I'm going to list some stones for you to choose from:
Jet(fossilized wood) - Draws out negative energy in a persons aura
Aventurine - Calms and balances
Chrsyocolla - Helps with dealing with anger
Lapis Lazuli - Balances/releases tension and calms
Jade - Calms
Onyx- Calms
Citrine - Turns negative energy into positive energy
Solidite - Brings order and calmness to the mind

To cleanse your stone, if need be, all you need to do is hold it under cold running water.

If you want a quick protection spell for your stone, hold it to your heart and say:

Earth, Air, Water, Fire,
Bring to me my hearts desire.
I cast this spell within my heart,
that love shall come and not depart.

Yes, they can be cheap. Just look anywhere that jewellery is sold. I've actually gotten a few of my stones from a second hand store. (:

I also second your belief that any small thing can have meaning. Most people just tend to overlook the true meaning of said object!

I hate to double post; but I have some great news!

I found my patron god today. Finally, I attempted suicide, and then when everything came flashing I realized who was watching over me. I felt so happy, and now while my life had been terrible before, I just feel... well, terrific! 8D Anubis is my guardian, he pulled me from that water (in which I attempted to drown myself) and as soon as he did so, I realized who did it!

And a question for any/all of you; who is your patron?
