Regalis nodded his head and bowed it somewhat. He frowned slightly, pointed to her ranger's cloak. Then to himself. He was trying to tell her that sometimes, he helped out the ranger's with problems of their own. Suddenly, he froze. A strange hissing sound escaped form his lips. He grabbed Elanor and pushed her down behind the crates where she was totally hidden. Then, five elfen boys entered the alley corner. Two of them were the two boys from before. The other three were older and much much larger. They cracked their knuckles. One took out a knife., "Heard you was hurting our little brother's, whelp." One sneered. "Your gonna pay whelp. you'll wish you had never been born and dropped on our border." Another growled. They advanced. Regalis restrained himself, but his eyes flared with anger. He had to protect Elanor. Something inside him refused to see her found and hurt.

[Rayen]

Elanor's eyes gleamed again, this time in anger. She didn't want more trouble. What if she'd tune in again? Those emotions were basically a feast for her 'gift'. She didn't want that. Totally. But was it just that? She was so furious only because of herself?

No. Regalis. She had shared his pain once; she didn't want anyone to feel that. And, after all, she was a Ranger, wasn't she? Trained for the dull life on the wild environments, buit to fight too. She unsheathed her long knife, ready to whatever would happen.

Then, a sudden thought strolled on her mind. ''Dreamsnare'' she hissed, pulling her friend near them. Thankfully unseen. Her nine years of training were finally worth of it.

The older boys growled and pounced on Regalis. Regalis hit the ground with a dull thud. His shoulder wound flared, but ignored it as he felt a sharp cold knife go through his side and yank downwards. He opened his mouth and began to pant. But instead of red blood pooling around him, silver blood pooled around. The boys stepped back, shocked. "What is he?" One whispered. Suddenly, Blue and black power flowed around him like power. He closed his head and lifted his head to the sky. The power swirled around him like smoke, tendrils lashing out like curled and uncurled whips. But what made the boys back away in fear, was the shape the power took above Regalis's head. The lion head's eyes blazed gold and it roared it's earth shattering roar. The boys, frightened so badly, scattered backwards and ran. The lion's head slowly faded, leaving Regalis on the ground, panting and holding his bleeding wound. Silver blood seeped through his fingers and he closed his eyes in pain. It felt as it the knife was still in his wound. Sharp, cold, painful. He yanked the knife of out of his side and his body recoiled from the pain that flared like a fresh fire in his body.

(( Evalon met up with Silent and Silent told her his real name, Regalis, which means "Royal" In latin. Then the two boys he had attacked came back and cornered Regalis with their older brothers. The older brother's attacked Regalis and slashed open a knife wound to his side, but he scared them away with his dangerous and strange powers. Now he's bleeding silver blood from the wound and not red blood. ))

((you meant 'Elanor met up with Silent', right? XD ))

''Regalis!'' Elanor shouted, mentally. Aloud, she only left out a small sigh of despair, or else she would be found. But, inside, she felt it all... she was going to lose it again. Around her, spirals of physical and emotional pain whirled, coming from Regalis. From Dream, only surprise and a tiny bit of fear. From the boys, anger, fear, hatred. No more.

With a growl, Elanor stood up, taking out her small bow and arrow, and from behind a corner she shot the elf who had wounded Regalis. He fell to the ground, and Elanor turned back to her companions, with a satisfied grion, which was wiped away as soon as she saw Regalis heavily bleeding. Silver blood. She knelt, with a scream. ''Regalis! Can you hear me?'' she asked, terrified.

"Elanor!" Dream snapped softly as she jumped forward, without really understanding that sgrange feeling in the pit opf her stomach. Fear. She felt like it was tearing at her stomach and flesh, because she'd never experianced it before. "What...are you doing?!"

Regalis's eyes were unfocused, but then he forced them to focus on Elanor. He began to pant, trying to catch breath. He reached out a shaky and weak hand and touched her forehead, drawing a cross on it with his silver blood. Instantly it dried. I need.... The healing spring..... His voice resounded through her head as he passed his thoughts hers. He winced and his hand went over his wound to staunch the flow of blood. Now... You will always.... hear my thoughts..... he said to her.

She bolted tword the male that staunched his blood. "Woah.....you....you gonna be alright?" she gasped out softly as she looked at him carefuly as she looked at him. "What.....is wrong?" she repeated softly as she looked down on him.

Regalis looked at her. He managed to roll his eyes slightly and grin weakly. That was his answer for saying Yeah sure. Never been better. A big bleeding cut in my side, no problem. I'll be better in a few hours. just need a bandaid.
