1000 mi sec = 1 second
100 mi sec per frame= 10 FPS
I Usually put them either at 100 or 150. Then i can add extra frames in-between. Thats how i did it with the frames.I think it looks good at 100. I may do 150 if it's too fast. Now its a FCFS

They all told me to make it 60 frames per second.
"Uh, I'm sorry, I can't do that."
"CONSOLE PEASANT."
Just imagine though, a 60fps orb cat, shaped after pcmasterrace.

Yeah, no XD The bounce I did, could literally not be any smoother. The cat went down a pixel at a time . . .
Key:
Pixel art: Anywhere from 2-10 FPS
Minecraft or other CPU games on a crap computer: 8 FPS
Anime/2D TV Shows: 12 FPS with 24 FPS on emphasised parts
2-D Movies: 24 FPS
(nothing Frame-by-frame 2D is at a higher FPS than 25. Everything else is filmed, tweened, or rigged [3d])
Flash Games/apps: 60 FPS (some are 24 FPS)
Professional Video Games: 120 FPS
Recent Video Games: unlimited FPS (as good as your computer can take)
I'd do a 40 FPS cat sometime . . . maybe . . .
