The flowering shrubs on the right reflect spring. The flowers are still growing in so not the whole shrub is covered with flowers. The hole in front of Lucille's paws also reflects spring; he has dug a hole to plant some seeds in. Looks like he planted magical seeds because the little sprouts that have sprung up appear to be glowing!
The boughs (supposed to be "grass") behind the hole represents summer. The flowers are in full blossom now; though as summer passes by and it starts getting closer to autumn some flowers start to look a little less vibrant. The magical seeds Lucille planted have also blossomed, shown by the luna flower. The floral lei around Lucille's tail is also a reminder of summer and of the beach.
The clouds and the moon represent autumn, and more specifically two of my favourite festivals in the whole year (both of which are in autumn). The full moon represents mid-autumn festival, and the clouds represent halloween. The falling leaf also represents autumn. And the black rose also represents autumn, it's supposed to be a flower that has wilted.
The snowy mountains in the background represent winter, as does the Christmas scarf, the snowball, and the reindeer antlers. There's also a bit of light snowfall falling over Lucille, but it might be a little bit harder to see. ^^'
