Hello, sorry I have absent recently. School has just started up and I have been swamped with homework.

So, I was looking at some stuff I want to do for Halloween and an upcomg con soon in April. I want to do Emily from the corpse bride and I was wondering if anyone knew where to find a good wig for her or something relatively close that I could style to make it look decent.

Hello, and sorry for being gone for a while, I am rather busy.
(and wowee Emily is the 100% coolest undead bride ever)

For Halloween I am doing a saytr/faun costume
I have got the makeup down and I am working on the legs.
the legs I am making are very similar to These.

I am starting on a headband witch will have my ears and horns on it in a week or so uvu

Also I would like to share my makeup, but I need to re-read the rules regarding of how we can show our face ;v;, so brb on that

... don't know if I can help you there, 2/3 of my wigs have come from trademe (the nz version of eBay)
(the other one I got off eBay)

Emily is one of the costumes I really want to do at some point, along with Loki, but I don't think I has the skills yet to do them both to the level their characters deserves.

I'm not actually planning any costumes for Halloween, I'm too busy at the moment. Which is why my next projects are pegged to be finished by mid december, when I'm not so bogged down with coursework.

Ah, okay. The faun/satyr sounds like a lot of fun. I was watching Face Off recently and this girl did a faun sort of thing and it turned out cool, so I hope yours does too!

As for Emily, I had made an outfit with my father when I was little for Halloween and I even got a wig so I would love to "re-vamp" her. I love her and I feel like it would so cool to improve her look. Also, I do not know how I would get the bones/skeleton on her arm but I could just paint it. I found some stuff online where people had sewed a plastic skeleton arm to a black glove and painted part of their shoulder black so I was thinking that could work too.

Hm, it would depend on why or where you are going, but in my opinion, cosplaying can look like anything c:

Well, after over a years worth of looking I've decided on this dress I just adore It's colour combination but darn having a Stacked Bob makes being a Cosplay Lolita hard ;-;
I'll need to find a Head piece that matches the dress

*Screams* My Wig didn't come in time for Anime USA! My hair looks nothing like the character I'm cosplaying as! Cosplaying is a big thing at Cons so I don't know if I should just not wear the wig, or not wear the cosplay.

Any idea on what I should do?

^ I would just wear the cosplay even if you don't have the wig, it's all about having fun. Plus I'm sure that people would get the idea of who you're supposed to be.

Anyone going to any cons soon (less than a month)
I'm going to NY Comic con in about 5 days >.< I'm so excited but I still need to put my Kyo cosplay together.
I can't seem to find to correct beads he wears on his wrist red & white and Idk what I'm gonna do about the hair. I was thinking that I should spray dye it or something.
