Well, I've done it. After 2 years, I've finally found all of the fossils for the museum. I was literally only missing the Megacerops Tail for the past year almost.
In other news, I've been trying to get the Festive Tree DIY from my villagers for the past almost two weeks and still no one has given it to me. ;n; I'm gonna be sad if I don't get it by Saturday.
And lastly, found what's probably my weirdest DIY in a while. It's literally just called "Nice Branch." For a while I thought it might have been a wand, but then I made it and...you just shake it when you press the button to use it. It's cute though, I don't know why but it makes me happy when my little villager waves it around. c':

So I uh...only just found out that you can get more than one DIY from your villagers each day. ;u; But it seems like, at least as far as the holiday DIYs go, you're only guaranteed a holiday DIY from the first villager of the day? I got the Ornament Tree recipe this morning, and when I came back to check for more from another villager, I got a food DIY instead, that doesn't appear to be holiday-themed. Before today I was only collecting one DIY each day, and they were always one of the holiday ones.

you get get 3 a day from them

i know you can get a few in a day if you play at diffrent times like

3 from villagers
2 washed up diys
1 from kappn islands (unless theres a way to do him more then once?)
1 on hhp beach
1 food from hhp

then of course balloons and mystery islands

I haven’t really had time to play because I’ve been too busy with preparing for the holidays. Def have some catching up to do now that I’m done getting everything for irl.

Does anyone know if you can still find the festive stuff in balloons or if you have to get it from villagers? Probably going to TT back a week if you can’t get them from balloons. >_<

I don't know the specifics, but I have gotten ornament DIYs from both the villagers and balloons. Today I got an ornament garland from Merengue, and an ornament crown from a balloon!

Yeah now that Toy day has passed I need to redo mine as well. Since I pretty much can’t decorate too much in winter, I’ll probably focus on my houses until spring comes. (My theme clashes with the snow lol)

woundering if anyone knows sites like nookazon for item tracking/trading , just want to try nd trade more and i know not eveyrone uses nookazon
