To give you a fairly reasonable answer, Undertale
is a very nostalgic and engaging game. The fact that
you have free rein over many things gives the player
a sense of independence, especially if your choices
mean something later on. It takes an actually pretty
cliché plot and throws it under a lawn mower before
spitting it out in the trash where many have come to feast
upon its goodness. The characters mean something to
you and if you have a heart at all there will be times
when you'll swoon over an event or break your
computer in frustration. It is a truly memorable game
and very well thought out, something that will have a
lasting impact on every player/viewer.
