oh, champagnes are beautiful! i own one
myself, and those guys are worth it! their
fur is stunning, although very hard to
make it any softer. at least in my experience.
nib too? how lucky! furby boxes are adorable!

glad you're happy with her, I've
seen her pics and she's a beaut.
The more you buy, the more you
learn though, the best places
to shop, what things to look for
and how to haggle prices, did
you find her on eBay?
Yup, eBay is mostly the only place I get them, aside from friends and farmers markets. It’s got some c r a z y people though, I’ve seen listings for the same leopard upwards of $100. Hbu? Where’d you get your lovely?

ive personally never bought a furby through
eBay, I've seen how crazy they can get though.
ive gotten mine through people in the fandom,
such as through Instagram and Tumblr. but ive
gotten a few through goodwill online! it's actually
pretty good for cheap furbies.
other than that, it's been local markets and
mercado libre, baby. if any of you live in or
are close to mexico, I can't recommend
mercado libre enough. tons of furbs at
either cheap or acceptable prices.

i've done everything i can without opening him up. i'm still waaay too stressed to skin furbys, and the one that i am trying to skin has his faceplate stuck to his body really hard. i've been trying to loosen the glue for months.
but that's unrelated to my champagne. he sometimes turns on, but never when i want him to. i really just want him to turn on so i can cure his droopy eyes.

hello fellow furby lovers!
I’m getting a my first baby this week! so
excited. I already bought a couple of custom
furby outfits for them! i can’t wait <3
they were 40$!
although the only bad thing is that
shipping may be delayed because
the user is at the beach <3

Yo nice! What are they? If you don’t know the exact name can ya describe them? And are they at least fully functional?

the user I’m buying them from says they
are so hopefully they are !
they look a bit like a lamb furb but with a more brown
coat? really teal bright eyes. I’ll keep you all updated.
they came with free furby earrings, and a hoodie thing.
although the hoodie looks like it will be huge ;w;
any names?

oh, that's completely understandable.
there's ways to push-start a furb without
skinning them, although I've never done it
myself. at least your furb doesn't seem to
be comatose! i wish you luck with fixing him!

thanks, dude :) I appreciate it.
and hey, there's no shame in
only having one furb. means
you can give them all the love
you have to offer. and if you
want more, I'm sure the day
will come when you find that
perfect new furby!

yoooo!!! congrats!!! he sounds super
cute! mind if I ask where you got the
clothing? looking for some custom
outfits myself ^^
you might have gotten a sheep furby
then! since I think curly ones are
lighter in colour. personally, due to
the texture of the fur, I'd name him
ramen, or anything cup noodles
related. can't wait to see him!!!

i was really scared to skin furbies at first but its super easy once you get a hang of it and theres rly no way to break them! and you can losen glue with a butterknife or a craft knife or even a toothpick maybe. i had to do this with my raccoon furby and it finally came off after like a full hour of working at it. or just yanking at it works sometimes too! but i wouldnt try that unless you detached the ears from the earbones first
you could try using silicone lubricant on his gears if theyre screechy or slow? i have an owl furby that would barely start up/when he did he would stop mid wake up dance but he works fine now after i lubricated the gears. and what factory is he? jt factory furbs tend to be finicky and are sometimes missing parts. also have you tried resetting him to get him to wake up? and does he have msa or will he just not turn on at all most of the time?
