The only other legendary I have in Rumble World so far is Suicune. I would have had Reshiram, but it turned into "P" after I defeated it. ;_;
Is there a secret to catching bosses or something? If so I would love to know.
Allow me to pour my knowledge on how to catch these legendaries. These aren't GUARANTEED to work but they certainly do save loads of time/tries, and I've even done these myself with excellent results.
Obviously the first way to catch it is by defeating it, although this is not a very reliable way and there is only a chance of it dropping (Which, I'm pretty sure is a fairly small chance). The only time you SHOULD defeat it without doing anything special is if it is sparkling; the sparkles are very noticeable and appear when you first see it as you begin to approach it (This also lasts throughout the battle). When it is sparkling this means the capture is guaranteed and you don't need to worry about losing it, sparkling doesn't always happen however and I have no clue if there is a way to up the chances or not, since it seems random.
The other way is a bit more complicated but pays off in the long run for all the legendaries and not just 1, the first thing you will need to get, if you haven't already, is a wobbly tree and upgrade it to as much as you can right now. Wobbliness is a mechanic in this game in which if you defeat the Pokemon WHILE IT IS WOBBLING then you are guaranteed to capture it, when it wobbles it will be dazed with stars over its head, which I'm sure you have seen before.
Another thing you should probably get (Although it is not required but does make things faster) is a Special Trait tree, as you want to get Gutsy Pokemon (Which increase wobbliness). If you already have a Gutsy Pokemon then you want to get a multi hit move and stick it on it with the move tutor (This helps to increase the chances of wobbliness since you are hitting it multiple times very quickly, each hit has a chance of wobbling it). Some examples of multi hit moves are Swift, Magical Leaf, Fire Spin, Fury Swipes etc. they do not follow the games as you can see but do hit multiple times very quickly.
Now these next few parts are a bit chance based, you will probably want quite a few Poke Diamonds as sometimes it takes a few tries. When you defeat boss Pokemon sometimes you can see a rainbow, double rainbow or triple rainbow when traveling back to the castle, these are very important for Fevers (Which increase the number of stars in a level). Triple rainbows and double rainbows have a better chance of getting something called Super Fever, which doubles the amount of stars it seems compared to Fever which usually adds 1 or 2 on rare occasions. When going somewhere there will be rainbows behind your balloon as well for a chance of fever (And yes, these aren't guaranteed unfortunately). If you have a double or triple rainbow appearing then you probably want to go to a stage with lots of stars already showing up (Since these have a better chance of getting the legendary to appear). If you don't get the legendary, rinse and repeat. Sometimes the legendary will still appear even on areas with less stars, although it's more hard to get it to appear otherwise. All legendaries only appear if their stage has 3 stars over the balloon, when you see one it's best to use time stop (If you have it already, that is).
Another way for it to appear is kind of by waiting it out and checking frequently on your balloons, sometimes a legendary will appear even without a fever, however when you do see it then you need to do it right away as they will probably disappear the next time you do a stage (This happened to me with Heatran). These rarely happen though and it's not a very reliable way, but none the less it does happen.
Now when you are facing a legendary Pokemon and you want to capture it and it ISN'T SPARKLING, then you need to bring out your Gutsy Pokemon (Or a Pokemon with a multi hit move if you don't have a Gutsy Pokemon) and hit it when it is recharging with smoke over it's head, as this is the best chance to get it to wobble. If your Gutsy Pokemon is fairly weak then I suggest having a strong Pokemon out that can sweep away the surrounding toys and waiting until the boss is recharging then hitting it (As sometimes it will wobble and this does weaken it some for your weak Gutsy Pokemon if it doesn't). I suggest hitting it when it has white smoke over it's head as it recharges longer compared to when it has black smoke, but it otherwise doesn't make too much difference.
If you didn't successfully capture it then you will need to go around the plaza where other Mii characters will be and look for those who have a ! over their head, one of the Mii characters with a ! should take you to the last place you visited, this being the 3 star stage you just did. You will need 3 Poke Diamonds though, but it is definitely worth it and saves time from waiting. You can also keep going back to them if you lose over and over again (Until you run out of Poke Diamonds, at least).
Phew, that took a long time to write, but hopefully that helps you. 8'D
