lol yup. They'd each shoot ten at once, the Orcs would turn around and run. and the Legoli would rule all of Middle-earth! Except that they wouldn't. But thats not the point.

Yes! They would die before their strokes fell! The arrows would kill all the orcs before they even reached the first Legolas! But I can't imagine an army of Legoli. Surely the war of the ring would have been over in one day if it existed!
