I only have to wait til Saturday when my friend gets his phone back. He puts me right to sleep. I'm serious. I think he's a vampire. He drains the life right out of me.

Woah, really? Hm. I'm horrible on the phone, so I'd hate to have someone talk me to sleep...

Random question for you all again: Do you remember where you got the best sleep?
For me, it was in a haunted war-fort (( Fort Henry to be exact )) for a class field trip. I had been terrified all day because I thought I wouldn't get any sleep, but even though I was right next to a door that kept making odd sounds, I got the best sleep I think I've ever had. Insomnia hates terror I guess. X3

Mine was one night at home. I was exhausted after having watched Harry Potter until 11:00. (not sure why, I usually get tired much later) I flopped down in bed and didn't wake up till 9:00.

Mine was after a brutal volley ball practice
I slept till 3 in the afternoon!!!!
But that was a while ago. Now I will go to sleep (around 11) then I'll wake up at 2 and get that half asleep half awake thing for the next few hours. That is the real kicker. I "sleep" but it's not doing anything cause I'm not hitting a deep sleep. But I've found that if I stay up (usually until 2), I wake up feeling more rested.

Oh, I get you on that one TJ... I find that if I sleep for longer, I just skip over actually sleeping, and am exhausted during the day. Whereas if I'm staying up for later, I get more rest.

My insomnia is actually getting better, believe it or not. I slept about six hours last night instead of the usual two to three. I still go to bed really late, and last month I only slept well on one day.

I take these ten minute naps at least three times a day.

And my guyfriend told me to put some lavender on my pillow to relax. It really helps...
