I'm in Florida guys ;D and just a rule of thought.. Those ads about Florida are lies! ;-; I'm hoping to move but that odesn't go with the topic of this fine evening..well..morning here. anyway btw Vestra loveeee your stamp ;D <3. Anyway as far as I know i'm the only Wiccan in my town..currently I doubt i'll be able to go to any convention. I just came out of the 'broom closet' to a friend of mine and she was absolutley all right with it. We agree with the whole Coexist thing and all this religon controversity will just tear the planet apart.. but anywayy..Conventions sound pretty nice, it'd be amazing to meet some other pagans or wiccans in real life. but for noww I guess our little "coven" here is sutable c: <3

If I'm remembering my geography its driveable frim here too, but I don't drive and I don't have a passport either. I've been meaning to get a passport but dealing with the DMV just to get an ID (which I still don't actually have) has been 'unpleasant'. I still have to go back a 4th time to get it and now thay have moved to un-buss friendly location.. Most of the times I've been stateside I was APing at least I don't have to have a passport for that.

o.o okay... so i just used mapquest to determine how long it would take me to get to pittsburgh by car......... (no wonder i always fell asleep when we'd pass by there) it's 4 hrs 50 mins (282.08 miles) if you take one route and its 5 hrs 32 mins (299.92 miles) the other way.... but with how my fiance drives it would be closer to 4 hours no matter what route we took. well, it seems like if we do this, it would be smart to get a hotel lol

Well..I wish I lived near you guys <3 Florida is just..Florida. Theres nothing exciting at all about it. Yeah theres the beaches and stuff, but seriousl as far as I know, I have yet to see a single place that looks like it does in the ads.

Just a question for you all, is there a specific deity that you feel a strong connection too? if so who is he/she?

I have a strong connection to the god Pan, "lord of the woods" - among other parts of nature including shepherds flocks hunting rustic music etc. his is an Olympian god by the way, oh, I am also searching for a female deity that I connect to.

I just love Isis, Gaea, Sekhmet, Osiris, Basically all the egptian gods. I love mythology and each of ther god's stories..my favorite greek one would have to beeeeee uhhh..Pandora, she's not really considered a goddess I do though c: I fell in lvoe with Pandora in 6th grade <3 Well..I love mytholgy period.

Not sure, but lately I've felt connection to the egyption gods so I plan to look into that further
