My thoughts on 'The Mane Attraction'?

I thought it was amazing. It is my favorite episode of Season 5 so far! The songs were beautiful. I even liked the Spectacle. The pacing was good and the characters interesting. They even made an old cliche feel new again!

Also I want some advice.
The Season 5 finale is tomorrow. My sister slightly enjoys mlp. Should I ask her to watch it with me?

Ok wow... I loved it. A few things that bothered me are how twilight kept her memories and magic after things were changed. No pony else did so why should she? How Starlight said she was sent back each time twi went back. If this was the case shouldn't she have seen all the alternate futures? Or does she just wander the past until twi gets back? And how AJ came back to the apple farm instead of staying with the oranges. Oh! and how every pony still had the same cutie marks! You can see rarity's in the Luna future Pinkie and flutters are peeking out of their war paint in the chrysalis future. Twilight has hers... But Rds was never seen but we can just guess. Other than this great way to end the season. I love the idea that Starlight is sort of twilights pupil. I would love to see them exchanging friendship and magic tips in future episodes. Welp.... ALL ABOARD THE SEASON 6 HYPE TRAIN!

I really want to know what is starlights PAST. OMG.... HOW IS SHE SOO POWERFULLLLL DX. I wish we learned more about her past and will she become apart of the mane 6???

Yeah! Seeing starlights past would be interesting, Here's my thoughts on Starlights power. Starlight is more of an inventor. Can't take this spells way? I'll bend it a little. Shes also not afraid to break rules to get what she wants for a spell. Twi on the other hoof is more of a follower. Starswrill did it this way? I guess that's the only way to do it sense Starswirl was very powerful. Twi won't break rules. She kind of needs pressure to operate. When finishing starswirls spell in magical mystery cure she was under pressure and pushed herself through it. Starlight can do well with or without pressure. So who's more powerful? Magically twilight. Twilight has the alicorn magic boost and she is pretty powerful already but....she doesn't use it fully... Starlight uses the magic she has and stretches it for all she can get out of it. Finding loop hole after loop hole and using items to boost her magical powers. So method wise... Starlight. So if twilight was introduced to inventing magic... She'd go far. It depends on how you look at it. With twilights victory in the season opener and Starlights victory in the finale ( during fighting Twi) for the most part they're even.

The mane 6 forgave Starlight to easily/ Starlight should have been punished
Some of the futures (IMO) deserved more attention

So if you haven't noticed 3/4 of my dislikes have to do with Starlight. I think she should be redeemed, BUT she should be punished first. She doomed Equestria 8 different times. BUT I did like the song she took part in. When Starlight gets developed more next season I'll probably like the redemption better. I still greatly enjoyed the episode.

Also was I the only one that laughed at how Starlight was floating around? For some reason it was hilarious to me!
