I like how they emphasised that through the Paris episode in season five. France said that he was like a boat, and he would only keep living as long as their are people to fix him if he broke down. Pretty much, he told the got that he was depressed, and he has other people keeping him going along side of him being immortal.

Exactly! x3 As personicifcations they can live as long as there are their countries. They aren't immortal, they're just long-lived.

In fact, France himself is just a pawn, much like all the other countries with governments. His boss could choose to screw up so bad that he could kill France and ends the country right there. So... why is Prussia still alive again?

He is calling Germany "West" so maybe Gilbert is East Germany?

Okay so in History I told the person whose desk is across from mine about Sealand and how there are only like 50 people living there and that it's in the sea and its metal. She started telling everyone about it and in Science she asked the Science teacher to bring up pictures. He did and we scrolled through them....And guess what we found? After scrolling for a minute or so ALL THE OTHER PICTURES WERE OF PETER! I LITERALLY DIED! EVERYONE WAS SO CONFUSED AND I JUST SAT THERE TRYING TO NOT* LAUGH!
