I know what you mean. Sadly it seems like that world may never exist. There will always be someone trying to push their beliefs on someone else. And even though we know that isn't right, there isn't much we can do about. All we can do is accept everyone as the Gods made them and hope that others will do the same. Faith isn't very strong where I am. Everyone has a different view and most of the people here are atheist and most of them don't really care what you want to believe as long as you don't drag them into it. We even have 5 Wiccan shops that I know of. Some are an hour or two away but still, I don't think that's very common to have Wiccan shops about 20 minutes away from your home.

My town is very small and lives on Christain faith. As far as i know i am the only Wiccan here ;-;. I have a small coven I guess..well my friend calls it that. It's just me and my two friends, but they're not in my area. My mom is i guess you can call her a Bible-Thumper too. She HATES anything thats not really christain..well i shouldn't say hate. But she just..she's not open-minded. People can believe what they want. My life and my beliefs are not theirs and if i am "Making a mistake" with this. then sure yeah i'll learn from it. I love wicca and i don't have a grudge for any religon, so why have one about ours? I have friends who are Satanicts, Christains, Catholics, Jehovah, Atheist. Why can't we coexist. and thats naother thing..Whats so bad about Coexisting? I love the idea of it. A world where every learns ot love eachother and respect their doings.

Everything in this post, except the coven. The nearest Wiccans to me are 2 hours away (I joined witchvox.com). ;_;

oooooh theres a social site? I didn't think there be that. but I did do alittle searching (lol) and found a site called PaganMingle. I just don't understand why one religon has to be the most "Superior". My "coven" is like about 6 hours away..my friends live near eachother and i'm just like sorethumb down there on the map. There really is no psychic/Wiccan shops here..maybe some a few hours away. But if there is it's most likley old and the owners left years ago. I have to say..I think maybe everyone who's on this forum, we could be like..a coven of one. A coven of supporters for eachother. Blah...

I don't personally trust the pagan social sites... I've found some real nut jobs on those.

yea i found someone that did that... i also found people who tried to tell me that the only way any coven would accept me is if I abandoned all of the wiccan friends I currently have. So yea.... I found some nuts.

Kinda like this forum, like I said. I kinda considered this to be a somewhat coven. I find it quite funny that when people describe Witches they usually say something along the lines of "Broomstick" or "warts..old..hagish. Not real" and i'll just sit there and laugh. It's like i'm some ninja o3o. I looked at PaganMingle, it doesn't seem to realy be a social site. I don't really trust those sites ethier, I don't like the idea of someone stalking and watching me...which is techinally was Spirits do..but its totallyy diffrentt.

the spirits don't stalk us they guide us. lol and most of them will go away when you shower if you ask nicely lol. (i always ask for privacy but that's just me))
i suppose this is a coven. my mother taught me that a coven is simply a group of like-minded individuals who share a common belief.
but my friends think of it as more of a group to practice with.
I guess both are true.
