This RP then. So we has each species to their own. Urban are treated like they are amazing and paradise are loners.

I think that the Paradise act more like a flock of birds... they stick together with their own kind, and sort of shun everyone else.
I think people would probably fear Urbans because of the way they look, all covered in manmade stuff.
Those are just my ideas though xD

I'd say Urbans are the loners, because there are so few of them around and because of the way they look.
EDIT: Though of course each Eceltra has an individual personality, so that doesn't mean that no other Eceltra could be loners xD

Not Blanks. I have at least half my Eceltra blanks, xD.

Probably Urban, as Mura said, but if it had to be one of the other variations, i'd say something with not many eceltra in...

One could be really chatty, have strong sense of family and like to stay together?
