@Syla: Even if it's not on CS, I'd be thrilled to see whatever you have in mind for a continuation! On the plus side, you're already pretty well-established here, so it's likely that fans of ET would be willing to follow the comic onto webtoons.

My new comic will be (ever so loosely) based on my old CS webcomic, using some of the same characters, albeit redesigned somewhat, and with a plot that actually exists beforehand and that I'm not just making up as I go. In fact, I've completed an outline for it, and I'm excited at how the pieces fall into place.
It follows a young researcher who finds evidence of indigenous intelligent life on a planet where there was assumed to be none, and she has to prove their existence to the authorities to avoid dire consequences.
I'm thinking about taking it offsite though, as some of the ideas are borderline mature and I'm not certain how far CS will allow me to go. I hope I can release it on CS though, for the sake of the Comic Club's revival.

@Syla Hmmm... Well, I've got ideas for two novels & short story that I'm writing for a nearby short story contest. The short story is actually one that I wrote awhile back for a contest held by the same people, but never submitted, and the concept is pretty cool, but the execution poor, so I'm rewriting it. It's about shapeshifters & wolves, and I'm not exactly sure what else to say about it, but I'll probably post it on my deviantart once the contest is over.
As for the two novels, one is a kinda old one that I wrote a couple pages of awhile back, but I'm going in a little bit of a different direction than I initially planned with it. It's a fantasy novel set in medieval times. Without saying too much, there's a thief, dragons, and probably some pretty epic adventures to happen, I don't have a lot of details yet.
The other novel, I only just got inspiration for, and I'm not going to say much, because most of what I have so far is probably going to fairly important spoilers, but it is also fantasy (haha, notice a theme? XD), and I think it's gonna be pretty whimsical. I'm honestly super stoked about it.

@LOCW_Bluestarwarrior AAAAAHHHHHH, BLUESTAR!!!!! Hiiiiiii!!!! How have you been? You might not remember me, I don't think we really knew each other, but I loved your Star Wars comic! That's so cool that you're getting ready to revamp it, I will definitely be on the look-out for that!

I've never stopped making comics xD Though, just... not on cs, unfortunately. Between nicer programs and my desire to write on more mature/intense subjects, cs hasn't really been the best place for that. However on dA I've made tons of short, silly comics, and entered in a few comic tournaments! In fact I'm working on the audition for one right now, lol. Though in the future I plan to release something big and new on Webtoons too! I've come to really enjoy long format comics. c:

If it's the rule about not posting until you're accepted that you're concerned about, that's not really an issue right now. This club is an old one that used to be active, but died off a few years ago, and now a few of the old members (and some new) are trying to bring it back. So the club is in a bit of a transitionary phase at the moment, and I believe it's just basically everyone is automatically accepted, at least for right now.

I now have a working laptop! Which means... I can soon begin production of my new CS comic!
(Speaking of which, I'm having trouble thinking of a name for it. I've come up with a few options but can't narrow them down. Who, if anyone, would be interested in helping me name my new comic? Perhaps a poll is in order?)
