Ahaha! So I'm going through multiple patronus quizzes to see if there's a pattern for me (out of curiousity) and i stumble across this (clicky) quiz.

I swear on the goblet of fire that i didn't even know goat was a result but that's what I got XD i dunno if this strikes anyone else funny but i had to share. It seems like it has a fair amount of options. on thebuzzfeed one I also got stag...is that like the only option? :P

As for the wand, i havnt played pottermore in forever so i don't really remember

haha that's cool xD i tried it and got a phoenix on that one, another stereotypical one i think and as i'm thinking about it now i think dumbledores brother had a goat so it's also just another one from the book /.\

@PandoraBanshee; now that you say it i'm confused too.. i mean he was always mad eye and not Igor so why would they Show Igor and not mad eye... i first thought it was Igor manipulating sth with victors Name or something but he puts his Name in afterwards too >.< so i dk >.<

Barty might've Confunded him to get him to put the name in... I have to confess I don't recall this part of the film. All I remember is Igor being there to watch Krum enter his name. It was Barty as Mad-Eye in the book though, he confesses as much under veritaserum.

to be honest, i never realized Igor put the slip in. i always thought barty jr. did it himself, and they just included that for suspicion. thinking about it though, i don't know what else he could have been doing.

The first few times I watched the movie I always thought it was Igor, especially since he is/was a Death Eater. But.. A few days ago when I rewatched the movie for the heck of it, I watched more closely and got the idea that Barty Jr could have taken a polyjuice potion to disguise himself as Igor. But then I watched the movie again today and got the idea that Barty Jr could have used the Imperius Curse to control Igor to put Harry's name into the Goblet.
I also noticed that in the movie when Harry said something like "It was you all along.. You put my name into the Goblet of Fire." Barty Jr however didn't give him a 'Yes' or a 'No'

BUT I did peek into my HP: GOF book and I found out the answer.
This is what the book said:

"What did the Dark Lord take from you?" said Moody.
"Blood," said Harry, raising his arm. His sleeve was ripped where Wormtail's dagger had torn through it.
Moody let out his breath in a long, low hiss.
"And the Death Eaters? They returned?"
"Yes," said Harry. "Loads of them..."
"How did he treat them?" Moody asked quietly. "Did he forgive them?"
But Harry had suddenly remembered. He should have told Dumbledore, he should have said it straightaway ---
"There's a Death Eater at Hogwarts! There's a Death Eater here --- they put my name into the Goblet of Fire, they made sure I got through to the end ---"
Harry tried to get up, but Moody pushed him back down.
"I know who the Death Eater is," he said quietly.
"Karkaroff?" Harry said wildly, "Where is he> Have you got him? Is he locked up?"
"Karkaroff?" said Moody with a odd laugh. "Karkaroff fled tonight, when he left the Dark Mark burn upon his arm. He betrayed too many faithful supporters of the Dark Lord to wish to meet them.. but I doubt he will get far. The Dark Lord has ways of tracking his enemies."
"Karkaroff's gone? He ran away? But then --- he didn't put my name in the goblet?"
"No," said Moody slowly. "No he didn't. It was I who did that."
Harry heard, but he didn't believe.
"No you didn't," he said. "You didn't do that... You can't have done..."
"I assure you I did," said Moody...

So apparently Barty Jr did do it. But now the only question is.. HOW he did it.

So, I just shoved GoF on to find out what that part was.

Karkaroff could've been doing anything. It never shows him doing anything beyond shutting the doors into the hall with the goblet so he's apparently alone. I think they must've added it as a false trail/intrigue/mystery for those who hadn't read the books, to make them think this shifty guy is the one behind all the chaos later. I personally think it's more likely he was attempting to rig the goblet to make sure Krum was selected, as he thought little of the rest of his students from what I could gather.

Or, alternatively, Barty was using him as a diversion. Who knows? I honestly doubt he would've wanted to involve Karkaroff at all, as he thinks he's a traitor. I still think Barty did the actual deed. He'd have wanted the glory from Voldemort. He wanted to be prized above all other Death Eaters. Posing as the DADA teacher and a renowned Auror to boot, one would think he'll get special privileges/elevated trust so nobody would think twice about him "checking" the goblet one night when he could Confund it into believing there was a fourth school, which Harry was then entered under to ensure his selection.

I haven't seen the movie, but I read the books.

It was Barty Crouch Jr who did it, and in the books there's not really any mention of a mystery man slipping in and out of the goblets room that I remember, but Barty could have done it any way he wanted; by himself or using someone else.

The most probable idea would be he was just a sneaky and managed to be alone near the goblet. Also, he's pretty good at the Imperius as we see earlier on during his DADA lesson. He could have Imperiused Karkaroff.

It's up to the imagination I think.

it was something the film makers threw since they wouldn't be able to put as much narrative detail in the movie as is in the book and it was a suspicion of siriuses that karkiroff put harrys name in........

I don't know, there are tons of possibilities...I'm tempted to list all the ideas I have. Most of which are...let's say...unlikely. xD So I'll refrain from giving you guys impossible details that..didn't happen and never will. Look at me, I'm rambling again. Poo. Okay, to make it short, I think they put that scene there to convince the person who's watching it for the first time that it's Karkaroff so that you have a surprise when they reveal the true dude. Just being Duchess Nearly Obvious here. Don't mind me.

To be honest, I'm not sure what my Patronus would be! Based off if my personality...Maybe a fox or an eagle? As for a loved one, I'm thinking eagle as well, for my uncle, who passed away this year. It reminds me of him, because he was so free and kind, and actually did the things he wanted to do in life!

Hmm, well I would choose to use my real name or something close, and be a member of DA. I would choose to be a slightly shy girl with pale skin, brown hair, and a thin structure. She would be feisty and humorous when you take the time to know her. I would probably be mentioned a few times as a background character, but nothing too significant.
