Yes, it's on the DS games you can go to stores when events come and get legendaries you wouldn't normally find it the games.

yeah u can..and its pretty hard to get the event..atleast it was for me xD
all my friends and cousins quit pokemon so i got thier legendarys..xD
and if we both had wifi i could give u 1 haha
