I was at my friends place this morning and I was briefly online on her DSi.... It has loads of stuff!!!... Nothing will ever replace the origional DS but the DSi is a close second

:3 They've now announced the fifth-generation DS: the 3DS (or something like that xD), which I'm actually looking forward to (even though I'm sure it doesn't have a GBA slot, like the DSi; D:). Apparently the games are going to be completely 3D now. ^_^

:0 The fifth? Haven't they just released the Fourth Gen? -__-
And no GBA slot? I'm off this 3DS completely now. XD

Nope, it's right on schedule. It seems early, but I'm pretty sure they release a new one every three or four years. I'm pretty sure that the fourth gen was released at least three years ago.

The DSi XL or whatever it is, seems to parallel the Game boy micro in a way. :3 The XL was released after the announcement of the next-generation console, and the Game Boy Mini was released right after the DS.
