Here's the thing about numbers. The only concern I have is the fact that people won't want to search 8 pages back to find which numbers are taken . . . should I go with numbers or another motive?

You can assign people to numbers ex: ___ does 1-10
___ does 11-20
___Does 21-30
___Does 31-40
___does 40-51

But that would kinda be confusing : /
