Oh, the winners of the previous two Raffles (those who won Momo and Nour) can't join in on this raffle. The winner has to stay out of the two raffles after they win to give other chances. So Momo's owner can join in on the next raffle, but Nour's owner has to wait out this raffle and the next raffle.
