I once found a high-resolution image of the cover for The Last Wild on the Quercus website, but now that image has vanished from the internet and the book has completely disappeared from the Quercus website.

Is it available on Barnes and Noble? I'm interested in reading it and I have discounts through Barnes and Noble (I'm broke, I need easy access haha)

Yes, an easy search on their website confirms they have it here: http://www.barnesandnoble.com/s/%22Pier ... e+matchall

OH MY WORD I LOVE YOUR ACCENT.

I do love your review. I may check out the books! If you ever do any more reviews like this, please post the links here! I'll gladly listen to them. :)

Nitro Indigo wrote:Earlier on today, I was reading the discussion on the worst book covers, and it made me feel sort of nostalgic. So, now, I shall ask the opposite question: What are your favourite book covers?
Besides the aforementioned 2014 Bloomsbury Harry Potter covers, I also really like the Egmont Seekers covers, which are photographs on top of sky-themed backgrounds, of various colours. Great Bear Lake, The Last Wilderness and Spirits in the Stars are my favourites.

I love all of the covers of The Chronicles of the Imaginarium Geographica (they look like this while lined up in a bookshelf - yes, this is my own picture), most of Rick Riordan's books, the new versions of the Warriors books (I also like the old versions, like this one, as I own most of the older versions), the Artemis Fowl covers, the Leven Thumps covers, the 13 covers (you can't tell from these shots, but each cover actually shines and sparkles like diamonds and gold), City of Dogs, The Chronicles of Narnia, and Illuminae. Also, I love every single Star Trek (Pocketbook) cover, even though some of them you can't find online due to the age of the novels. :)

Speaking of Star Trek, I went to my local used bookstore and was able to get some more Pocketbook novels! My count is now up to 32 Star Trek books (about 5 are not Pocketbooks, while all the others are) and two magazines. I am WAAAAAAY too much of a Trekkie for my own good. I can't wait to read all of these! :D

Edited for a mistake on my part - whoops.

I’m dealing with extensive medical issues and some medical testing to try to figure out said issues. If I am scarce on here, that's why.

Why thank you!

I've done reviews of other things, but that's my only book review. I did mention a couple of books in my most recent video, though.

EDIT: I just realised... a single company takes over the world, which becomes almost uninhabitable due to pollution, and they plan to send humans into space... The Last Wild is WALL-E!

I'm gonna have to check your reviews out after class! I've been starting book reviews on YouTube, but I'm terrible at them so I haven't done a lot

Edit: accidentally clicked a button before I was done....good job me!

I'm gonna have to check The Last Wild out! I don't have money to buy it at the moment, but maybe my library has it. I hope it does.

I have like 30 books in my tbr and I keep buying/adding more from the library. Go me!

I keep putting stuff on my read later list on Goodreads, but I never read most of them. And then I got bored of Goodreads.

I feel that. I've been using it to try and keep track just to see how much I've read in a year. And to keep track of the ones that I want and can't afford in the store at the time.
