I might explain the plot later today.
But as for the deaths of all the main characters, it is shown as deaths from the antagniosts and others things, but in reality, as revealed at the end, what we had seen of the deaths was just an illusion and that the focus character of the group had killed them, but we only see a different version of it though the delusions the focus character had when she didn't even realize that she was killing her friends...
yay for sad twists.

and by the time she realizes it, she has already killed them all. In the end, she was the only one that survived as she didn't want to take her life, beliving that living with the guilt would be a better punishment. And thats how it ends.
