I'm doing history work right now, and I was reading a page we were supposed to read, and while I'm listening to Hamilton on shuffle, I read the word “George Washington” and I just hear Burr say, “gEORGE WASHINGTONNNNN”

Well, my 3 best friends have al seen it. But one of them first started watching and stopped because she didn't like it. Then she continued, and fell in love with Eliza. (not like, in love, in love. Just a fav char.) We talk mostly about the the ships LOL

You're lucky to have friends who don't think Hamilton is boring, let alone watched it. I'd kill to do Hamilton karaoke with them, haha.

Had this thought while watching Hamilton:

Is Wait For It just the opposite of My Shot? It sounds like a bit of a stretch, but hear me out. First of all, the choruses/main point. Burr's chorus, "I'm willing to wait for it", essentially indicates that "I'm waiting for destiny to give me my chance." but Hamilton's chorus, "I am not throwing away my shot", means that "I'm taking this matter into my own hands and this is my chance, I'm doing it right now". Second, Burr focuses on the past, unlike Hamilton, who plans ahead, with the lines "For the first time I'm thinking past tomorrow!" Third, Burr looks at other people (Hamilton doesn't hesitate..), again, unlike Alexander who focuses on what he's gonna do (I'mma get a scholarship to King's College..). Lastly, a pretty obvious point. My Shot is Hamilton's (somewhat) debut song, as he didn't have much of a speaking part in Alexander Hamilton, and Wait For It is also Burr's (somewhat) debut song, he didn't have too much of a speaking part in Aaron Burr, Sir (The beginning, his 'freestyle' verse), and they're complete opposites.
