I'm not in favor of a cap. :/ They feel so restrictive to me, and I've had one slot left at TaN for about 6 months, since I'm scared that I'll fill it, and a character I really love will come up. Dx I do think taking the number of goeys already owned by the person applying into account is a good idea. 8) That's what I do when I adopt out pengu-dinos. I use it as part of determining who it goes to, but that's not the only factor. C:

The people with a lot are generally pretty active around the RP and adoption thread so I know that they're taking good care of them. X3
I might end up putting in a section for those with 4/5+ to provide proof of use if they want, as kind of a "Yes, I have a lot, but see how well I take care of them?" kind of thing.

It just wouldn't seem fair to me to have someone with two who doesn't really care about them still be able to adopt; while someone with 5+ who loves them and uses them be restricted. c:

How is use defined? o.o I keep my characters on my thread, and sometimes get art of them. It seems like I may not care too much about them, but I only keep the ones I care about. :P

That's the only issue I'm trying to work out. XD I headmate my characters and most of the more complicated ones don't get much art since I feel bad about making people draw them/can't afford the complexity fees. X3 My goennecs all have little to no art for this reason and if they weren't in the RP, there'd be no physical proof of how much I care about them. =P

I don't even headmate my characters, I just enjoy coming up with their personalities and histories, and just having them in general. ;-; I'm a little odd~ xD

I usually only get art when it's free, cheap, gifted, the result of me winning a contest, and the result of me making my own bloody art, which usually turns out so terrible that I'm embarrassed and never let it go father than my hard drive. xD So most of mine are used in dreams, "visiting" headmating (they come and go, otherwise it'd bet very, very crowded, as I permanently headmate with three characters as it is), and writing, whenever I'm inspired and have the time. Though, the works that do escape my head are well-known, at least, so... xD

And I don't roleplay animals :/ So I can't do the roleplay, and the only art I've done is made designs for Aywas customs for them, because they're both a little challenging. But I love my babies very much <3

... Have to love the pressures of needing to get a form done on the first day. I'm going to be in the process of tying loose ends, going to the doc, getting a few last-minute things, getting everything in the Jeep, moving, registering, and getting acquainted with my college the rest of this week. xD

At least I've gotten the hard part out of the way.

I still have to figure out a story idea. O: *flail* I hate I feel attracted to a character, but I don't have a story idea. xD
