Exactly that's the point!!! They basically take all the stereotypes of a country and exaggerate them!!! Canada is very polite and is always mistaken for America. No one really notices him, I live in Canada so I can attest to this XD

Paint it White is the movie and Axis power are the episodes. Since there isn't a plot it doesn't matter which order you watch them in. I watched the movie first and I've completely skipped the first season but I still understand it C:
