Part o me wants to say that maybe, if you have already hit your limit and another member hasn't and they are of equal skill, then te user who still has space an doesn't need a cap extension gets the upper hand... That sounds fair to me at least...

If thats to me: The limits five isn't it? Bleue would have been my 4th so I don't think I'm past the limit yet.

*cries* I didn't get Lupao...But thats not why I am crying.... All the time I spend planning, writing, editing, and drawing pictures was about 52 hours. I will never get that time back. Ever. Thats why I am crying. I missed outings with my family too. v.v I only apply for characters that really speak to me so I might not be around for a while.

Hehe its not the winning for me its the fact that I may be doing the same thing each time, id like to know what that is, last time i know what I did and avoided this time so this time it had to be grammer. Hm tasha did you grammer check yours?
