Metagross is a pretty freakin' neat ace, too.
And I think he has the most interesting hobby; stones are cool. As someone who's interested in Geology, I can respect that x3

I always thought Articuno's R/B sprite is quite pretty...

I've always been a big fan of Lance. His outfit looks so cool, he trains dragons, and I love how you get to work alongside him in G/S/C. Most of the other games have the champion show up once or twice throughout the game, too, but they often just say a couple passing lines of dialogue, maybe give you an important item, and then leave. Lance actually sticks around for a little bit and helps fight off Team Rocket with you. c:

Mine is probably Cynthia... I just felt like she really knew what she was doing the entire time. She also never either bragged or tried to hide the fact she was champion. Also, in a way she is like me with her pokemon. She doesn't care how strong they are, she cares for them individually. I mean, supposedly she catches all her pokemon in luxury balls... Thats impressive... ALso, she talked to her pokemon well before N came along. Also survived in the distortion realm somehow...

I found/find most champions annoying actually, because the way they get treated in the game even though they don't really do anything (and because I want to stay the champion even once...).
I like Steven, even though I'm not a steel fan, he is just kinda cool (I have a weak point for cool guys...).
Cynthia was cool as well, she has that strong atmosphere kinda (though I think I didn't like her when I met her the first time. I also liked the idea with the rival as the champion in first gen.

I found Wallace annoying the moment I met him. I don't really remember much of Lance (he looks a lot like Alder doesn't he XD). Alder was ok. Iris was also a bit annoying, because I don't see the reason why she became the champion. Same with Diantha, I just can't see anything special about her (is she supposed to be old or young? I rather see her as older, but I'm not sure).

Seriously, why did they replace the Champion with a Gym Leader in Emerald?

I need help writing A Ralts and a Boat on a Big Blue Sea; the beginning of The Wind Waker is really boring, and I haven't fully planned everything. (What would the tradition on Outset Island be?) If anyone's interested, PM me.

The story is that Steven asked Wallace, because he was busy with other things (traveling, studying Groudon and Kyogre), but why the developers did this - no idea, maybe to have a difference in Emerald...

Edit: There were enough Pikachus in the tournament (even though I didn't saw that many) - special Pikachu^^

I don't know if anyone remembers this, but this has got to be one of my top ten moments in Pokemon, when Dexter, Ash's Pokedex says that Rattata comes out into open fields to steal food from stupid travelers, and the way it says the word stupid, it's basically saying that Ash is stupid

Also, something I've recently noticed, in every series of the show, Ash loses to at least one of the Gym Leaders and has a rematch. In Kanto is was Brock(and even during his rematch he didn't officially win), Johto was Whitney, Hoenn was Brawley, Sinnoh was Fantina, Unova was Lenora, and Kalos was Viola. Also adding to this, he lost once against Annabel and twice against Brandon, who were Frontier Brains
