Guys. Guys! My 3ds broke! The R button came off and many pieces kept breaking off till the point you can see the motherboard. Many is a little over exaggerated, only 4 pieces came off but 4 very important pieces. 1 of which I am missing. It will cost $108 to replace so it's going to be a while until I get enough money to repair or replace. I can put the 3 pieces together and push it in for the 3ds to have its normal grip (without it, it's either all the way shut or all the open with no grip) So I have to keep it open. I don't want to risk anything so I'm just keeping it powered off until a new Pokemon comes out.

That's terrible! I hope it gets fixed soon c:

Don't worry; in the lovely world of fighting games, being "good" just means you'll have to deal with a lot of very unpleasant players. It's toxic out there.

Anyway, I have Pokken, too, and it's really neat. I like to fight as Weavile and Gengar. :3

As a competitive Smash Bros player, I can confirm that. It's even worse when you're a girl in the player base. I've gotten even more [censored] than some of the guys I've competed against.

It's the same with competitive Pokemon as well. It gets toxic in competitive play

YES. I was actually about to bring up how being a girl just makes it even more miserable, but I would have started ranting too much. I'd just love to direct these people to the nearest time machine, and bring them back where they belong, because they most certainly don't belong here in 2016. Not with all of us frightening girls playing video games running about~ :3

As for Pokémon, I can imagine how awful they must be, particularly at unofficial competitions. I've completely given up on discussing battling publicly online because of how instantly-dismissive and closed-minded so many people are. Also, they always assume that you play "Smogon-style" singles. Not everybody does. I play "official-style" doubles, with the "official" banlist of only major legendaries and mythical Pokémon. (The same Pokémon that are banned from in-game facilities like the Battle Maison.)
I'm not so sure about the atmosphere at official competitions hosted by the company, though. I've always been under the impression that they at least make an effort to keep things pleasant.

Oh my gosh. I knowwww; I was completely flipping out when I heard about them. ;v; And, unlike the plushies (so far), this is something that will actually be released INTERNATIONALLY. So people won't have to go on a wild hunt to find and buy especially overpriced ones online.
Thankfully, we seem to be past the great amiibo craze phase, so it shouldn't be too much of a battle to get them, either.

Yes, actually, I've seen videos of both of their concerts so far. Their most recent one was actually at a real live music festival in Japan; one apparently featuring all kinds of popular artists and everything. I was so impressed. ;w; That was when I knew I could safely start calling them a "virtual group". I don't even care if that's odd.
... But wait; I've never seen a concert video with translated dialogue like that yet... O.O ... *Most definitely watching concert again*
