i actually wanted it to be set in the uk (minus ireland because the ferry would cost too much)
partially because i live in england, but also because - no offence, i guess? - people only consider london to be the only place in the uk (for some reason) and also all i know about america (apart from location) is the current president, colour v color, the capital and how you drive on the wrong side of the road
and make out like all english people are british and that wales, scotland and ireland don't exist and that we're all upper class and drink tea 24/7
oops this is sort of a poorly worded rant

i think that would make things easier for me too to be honest. being english as well, it would be much easier because i don't really know too much about how stuff works in america, especially the education system xp apparently they don't have gcse's or any of that? well, yeah. confusing for me
[ also, i don't even like tea and although i speak 'poshly' i guess, i'm seriously not lol ]

I want to do a roleplay in which someone dies, and wakes up in his/her teenage years, to relive events he came to regret before his aforementioned death. And it's, like, a chance to make things right, but fate is not easily changed and whatnot. It can be 1x1 or small group and be here or on awesomesauce.

Basically, whenever the characters fall asleep they end up in this garden that would be almost Alice in Wonderland kind of style. [in other words things are a little bit odd and the rules of physics sometimes get bent ] This dream world acts almost as a kind of safe haven for the characters from the rest of reality and they can interact with each other there. They would essentially be living two lives at once. However, all of the people they meet in the dream they believe to not be real... until they bump into each other from real life. Obviously it won't be as simple as them finding out that they are all dreaming together. Now freed of their real life troubles, the characters take to exploring the dream world more and more, but the more they discover, the darker the reality of the dream is. They figure out pretty quick that death or injury in the dream means the same in reality. With things becoming more sinister in their safe haven, bad stuff starts happening to them in real life and it soon becomes apparent there is much more at play than a simple shared dreaming phenomenon...
Would anyone be interested in this?
I find this rather intriguing… I'd definitely be interested!
