I am not sure if this will help but there may or may not be a way to get it back? But I have tried it a few times and it seemed to have worked, though it was just a few words but try hitting the "Go back" function and see if it comes back? It might take a little but it can save all that work if it does work?

Maybe in the future you could like copy the entire post before submitting it just in case? That happened to me once and now that’s what I do ^^

Glad I could help you out! Pushing the back button usually helps me out so I am glad to hear that you get some of your work back and I hope it gives you the muse again to finish it up. I am also going to throw a suggestion out there, but maybe write the story bit in google docs first? Then you can paste it with your coding and stuff when you are ready to post it.

Ahhh it's been so long!

I'm sorry I haven't been active! I've been dealing with a lot mentally, and I'm in exam week. I've also just had no inspiration lately! I saw the ShadeClan starter post and thought my clan had been readopted haha.
I might try to get a post up soon? No promises, but I'm slowly improving mentally, knock on wood.

Your Clans can interact, you just can't help the other one out. And that depends on what you guys want to be honest. If you want the same mod, that's fine, but you can also have someone else to mod the other one
