The main thing is, it will be a Vocaloid that we have not heard of. That means no CV04, Vocaloidol, ProjectIf, any private Vocaloids, etc. It will be something that has never been mentioned before. That could mean a new voice type, multilingual, a new language etc. could be possible.

Now that makes me more excited. Maybe they'll include languages like Jap.+Kor.+Chi.+Eng.+Appends/what ever they're called

The thing I'm wondering is how long it's been in development. If it has been for a while, yeah maybe it may have a VB for each language. Not sure about there being multiple VB's for each language. Man that'd be expensive XD

But maybe you have to get 10,000+ views on your entry?

I wonder if they have the design already drawn up. Or will they have a contest like Luo Tiyani? Or maybe even have a producer create the design like they did for Avanna and AkiGlancy/EmpathP

I really do hope it's a male voice. Preferably younger than Kaito, older than Len. And voice wise: Not to low, yet not to high.

or they ask the Overseas Fandom (US and etc) to design instead of

Welp, there is a possibility he will be Japanese since the announcement was only made in that language.

He could have a Japanese/English VB since the first ones were English, and the Japanese ones are the most common/popular.
He''s very likely to have a design. ldsfkj I really hope he will be male after all but the females tend to be much more popular. Let's hope that they'll just go with male after all. If he's actually a female....I swear it better be a voice-type that's never been done before. Ever.
