I love how you did the gif overlay. It's really cool- kind of like we're looking over his shoulder at his perspective. Amazing!
I also like how the font in your quote matches the color scheme of the overlay. The style of font works well with the theme as well.
Overall, this is very well done, and I can't wait to see the rest of it xD

It's really good!
I love the border and the gif isn't all fuzzy; the colour scheme goes well and the Bio in the middle looks cool.
I don't really have anything bad to say about this siggy but maybe you could add the same picture but split in half on the other side of your Bio?

Yeah, I would do gif + rounded on one side, but I don't know how to ;n;
