award applying for: best aesthetic
reason for nomination: all of her forms are really neat, clean, and small. the lines all
go together perfectly and she rarely uses color. i love the simplicity of her style but how
she manages to make it so darn pretty at the same time, and i've just been ogling her st
orage for the past few days. <3
#awardform
i second this nomination!
i can tell that marvelous's work is always her own originals. and like what crasher said, i love how all her forms are very neat and clean, yet sophisticated and appealing to the eyes. not to forget, i'd like to bring up that she is a very new user on cs. she joined last june, and she's coding like a boss. i wouldn't be surprised if she becomes a new goddess to our literate aliens community in a couple months. <-- since she's not a member to literate aliens yet, i will be inviting her momentarily

do you like simple forms or complex forms?
i have a weak spot for complex forms (is it odd that i look through form discussion threads?) but that doesn't mean i prefer to make them myself. sometimes i get frustrated when the coding just doesn't want to work with me. so i just stick to the simple/medium-coding forms. kudos to the coding masters.

lmao i'd like to call my forms complex, though they probs aren't//
in any case, i'm gonna go with saying that i prefer complex forms
; v ; they just always look so pretty and you can do so much with
them, all these lyrics and images, stuff you just can't do with
simplistic forms <33

So I coded this form recently, but I've noticed that most of my forms end up looking like signatures. I think it's mainly because I've coded signatures for the past two years. I'd like to know what you guys think of this, perhaps a tip or two on how to get out of the signature zone.
do you like simple forms or complex forms?
I'm not sure, I'd say that I do prefer complex ones for myself as I do like spending time on things and making them look pretty. Yet sometimes complex forms tend to go overboard so I'd say that my opinion settles on a mixture of the two, the golden middle.

i like the middle ground. too simplistic is dull,
and too complex is.. too much. good forms are
eye-catching, and if there are too many single
components that are like "wow", it's no good as
a whole. if that makes sense cx
@gwanu, i think the most signature-ish parts are
the two images. the cropping, the lines, plus possibly
the words on the gif. if you got rid of the bg on the
other image, or didn't make it one image at all, it'd
be stellar. i think putting words on the gif and making
the "grab a nuka cola" one image are both due to the
fact that there's a character limit in signatures. so,
summary of this block of text: there is no character
limit for posts! c: thank god.

um, maybe a little bit of both? things can go to the extreme on either end, so it's a bit hard to choose.
but in particular, i really adore those complex forms that flow so well that they look simple.
idk how to explain it, but those forms are totally to die for. <33
