Well, try meditating or being peaceful for a while and thinking about it before you go to sleep.
It might come to you in a dream or when you are meditating.
It doesn't come instantly though!
There is a video clip about it on YouTube, I just can't remember the link...
I'll go find it!

Try meditating, and calling your spirit animal. There are also a YouTube video that really helps, but I cant remember the link :c
Or you can do this;

Put your lights low, Close your eyes, have a staight back, and breath deeply through your nose and out your mouth. Clear all your thoughts, and imagine your safe place (eg. mine is a meadow with forest around, on a cliff.) imagine your self there, and feel everything. (feel the wind, hear the noises, etc.) then imagine heavy fog appears around you. Stick your hand out into the fog, you may feel your spirit animal, you may not. Then let the fog disappear, and your spirit animal might be there. If so, talk to him/her and get to know him/her. Ask him/her questions (eg. What is your name?)

It didn`t work the first few times I did it, it works the fourth time for me. If it doesn`t work, try it again some other time ^^

Try looking up 'find your power animal with Denise Linn'
It sort of works, more for some people than others though.

They fight? Awwh, I feel so unlucky, I can't get Jo to appear, or talk first. He only talks when I talk to him.

Trust me, Jo knows Rasch, and Jo says Rasch is annoying xD

Rasch no need to be rude... But anyway yeah he's annoying most if the time and he also has a fondness of movies, so to get him to calm down and be quiet I just put on a movie... Works every time XD..
