I'm on 5Ds - and it's so good and interesting?? The music is top notch !!

Aaa 5ds is amazing. My favorite I think. I prefer it in Japanese as quite a lot of episodes were cut out of the dub, especially towards the end. And I just prefer the whole tone the sub has.

However, out of all the dubs of each series I've seen, the 5ds dub seemed to do a good job keeping the tone and seriousness and didn't go overly-4kids on the show or make the characters too rediculous.

I find the dubs of other series/generations to be fun to watch, amusing, and nostalgic, but when it comes to good writing/plots then I prefer the sub.

it's kind of like gx - season 4 was completely left undubbed and left the dub watchers to believe that Jaden died (literally - Syrus said that Jaden was with the stars lol) Im watching the subbed at 5Ds so I wasn't expecting much, just hoping for the end to be as good as the begining! Cus wow 10 episodes in and I'm HOOKED

The gx dub is pretty hilarious, especially with Chazz. I also prefer the sub though, I feel as though I understand the gist of duel monsters through sub rather than dub. But I agree - the dub is nostalgic and has a place in my heart
