I read it on mangatown. I suggest catching up with recent chapters and then switching to mangastream. Mangastream gives more accurate translations but they only release new chapters

I read all my manga on mangareader, BNHA included. It's not the best, I wouldn't reccomend it, but I'm familiar with it so I use it.

Oh my gosh someone else likes Illegals!? Yay! I love that manga, almost as much as the normal series. I kind of like thinking about the connections between Illegals and BNHA, like with Ingenium. And like, how could Deku not have a notebook dedicated to the Vigilantes of Naruhata? And it features the only Quirkless character aside from Deku too. Spin-off series is just great, everyone should try it.
