There's still a lot of open ends. 403-X being one, while we know they specifically showed us hospital room 403 I'm not sure exactly how that links yet. X is the Cyrillic character for the letter H. H could be for Hopper or Hospital and especially since it's shown on a drawing that looks identical to hopper as a prisoner it would make sense. But what does hospital room 403 have to do with hopper? Is that where he is in the upside down? Is it a symbolistic thing? Since the party went to go retrieve Mrs Driscoll from room 403.
Everything is done for a reason. They plan out every little detail. It's just a matter of figuring out the order.
