Why you joined: I'm joining because I would like to be able to discuss books that I've read with others, recommend books that I've read, and find new books, because lately I haven't been reading much only because I haven't found any that I like. My standards have sky rocketed recently, so I'm desperate to find new reading material.

Favourite Book: this was the angel experiment (and the entire maximum ride series) for the longest time, until james patterson slaughtered the series with the last book. now, it's the mortal instruments, caster chronicles, and riders of the apocalypse.

Why you love to read: reading allows you to experience things you would never be able to otherwise. we only have one life, but through books, we can have the experience of more than just this one.
Why you joined: you rarely meet other book fanatics in your life - well, in my area, at least. connecting with other passionate readers is important to me, and this would allow me to branch out and meet those people. also, i figured it would be a good way for me to connect with other chickensmoothians who have the same interests as myself.

Why you love to read: Omg because it's such a great past-time. I've always loved to read and I like getting engulfed into a story so much and I love relating to the characters I read about. Plus there are so many great books so why wouldn't you want to read? ^^

Why you love to read: i read because it's a way to escape. i can fight crime, travel the galaxy, prevent the apocalypse. the opportunities are endless. reading lets you experience things you might never get to in real life, teaches you things you might not learn otherwise. pity the man who never reads. idk man reading is pretty awesome and it's been something i've done since as long as i can remember, idk i probably came out of the womb with a book or something, i love reading.
Why you joined: i don't read enough anymore and i want to be able to discuss books I've read previously, books i'm reading in school, and books i'm reading in my free time as well as to get recommendations. i want to be able to talk about books man, books are cool.
