and also I have GIMP but I only have the paint window not the layer window I closed it on accident once and wont come back can someone help

easy fix go to "window" and you should see a "recently closed docks" option click that, if that dont work , stay on window, and just go down to the "dockable dialog" and you should see layers


sai-not when i tryed to download it, gave me a 30 day trail then i had to pay 90$ for the program

Gimp is free, Paint.net is also a freeware, but SAI you need to buy, just like Photoshop.
